The Society's International Images for Science exhibition has opened in Edinburgh. The open-air exhibition features seventeen giant enlargements from The Society IISE exhibition alongside work from the National Maritime Museum's Astronomical Photographer of the Year, Nikon Small World Photomicrography Competition 2011 and NASA's Incredible Photos from Space. 

Work from The Society's exhibition was selected by the Festival for the exhibition programme cover. The exhibition is on view in Edinburgh's St Andrew's Square until 15 April 2012.
