The Society had a stand at Vision 2011 the British Journal of Photography's 'photo festival where art and technology meet' on 18 and 19 November. The event is partly aimed at students and The Society team made contact with many of these as well as with current members and photography enthusiasts.

A number of new members were signed up and a series of meetings held over the two days that will feed back into different aspects of The Society's work over the next few months.
