Minutes of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain Annual General Meeting held at Fenton House, 122 Wells Road, Bath BA2 3AH at 10.15 a.m. on Saturday 26 September 2009.

AGM09/01 MINUTES 

Proposed by Mr. J Long ARPS that the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 27 September 2008 were signed as a true record of the proceedings.  Seconded by Mr. R Robertson FRPS and carried unanimously.

AGM09/02 REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR 2008

Proposed by Mrs. M. Albright ARPS that the Trustees Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 be adopted. Seconded by Mr. J. Page Hon FRPS and carried unanimously.

AGM09/03 SOCIETY AUDITORS

Proposed by Mr. J. Simpson ARPS that Council be authorised to appoint and agree a fee for the Society Auditors in 2009.    Seconded by Mr. M. Jones LRPS and carried unanimously.

AGM09/04 SOCIETY ELECTIONS 2009-2011

Mr. J. Long ARPS read the results of the 2009-2011 Society Elections.

Following the announcement the outgoing President, Dr. B. Senior Hon FRPS handed the badge of office to the incoming President, Mrs. R. Wilman Hon. FRPS.
