I was born in Switzerland of a Welsh mother and Swiss father, grew up in the UK and returned to Switzerland with my wife and two small daughters at the age of 30. I took up photography about 25 years ago. Living in Switzerland, it’s hardly surprising that I’ve taken many landscape photographs, some of which I have included here. However, my preference is creating photographs that I hope have more artistic content and are more graphic than scenic. I get great satisfaction from creating an interesting image from what at first may appear to be nothing out of the ordinary. When I take a photograph and process it, I always ask myself one question: would I hang it on the wall? The delete button comes in very handy!
