The natural world has always been the most important souce of inspiration for my photography. As a biologist, I have been fortunate to see some remarkable plants, animals and landscapes that demand to be photographed. The challenge for me is to capture creative images that are more than mere record shots but work as images and capture attention - it's not easy, but always stimulating.
