My interest in photography was triggered several decades ago, and I have been a keen amateur photographer ever since.

My first cameras were very basic medium-format models, but they soon gave way to a series of 35 mm SLR cameras (Minolta, Nikon, Contax, Olympus), and subsequently I also got two range-finder bodies, one after the other (Leica M6, Contax G2).

I have recently turned to digital photography, and I am eagerly exploring this technology. But I am also tempted to take up film-based medium-format photography again, for certain projects.

Portraits, and people photography in general, are what I find most inspiring, but I do not exlude any subject à priori. 

Most of the photos shown here were taken with a Canon 400D and two Canon zoom lenses.
