My photographic interests started several years ago when my parents gave me a Kodak 110 point and shoot camera for my birthday. I took many photographs with this camera before upgrading to a 35mm Nikon F801 SLR as my interest in the subject flourished.

However, after a few years I became disillusioned with photography as my images seemed to look mundane and often out of focus, so finally placed the camera back into its case and went back to playing my drums!

 Although I have always taken photographs of almost anything I nearly always shoot landscapes and portraits now.

I currently use a Nikon D200 and a Leica M8.

 I do not have any favorite photographers as I find there are so many great professional and amateurs alike out there that have a huge influence upon me.
