Robert Bain

I'm Rob - a Scot living in the small village of Weald to the south of Sevenoaks.  I'm married to Carol and have two scruffy little dogs.  Photography is my (other) passion.

I've been taking photographs - snaps - since I was a teenager, however over the past five years digital imaging has really captured my imagination.  It combines three of my main interests: photography (rather obviously!), computer-based image manipulation/processing and the internet.  The internet has been an important resource for me in terms of improving my theoretical understanding, learning new techniques and sharing experiences with others.

Here are some of my photographs of stately homes and castles.  I hope that these will form the basis of a successful LRPS submission (Kent, May 06).
