Yvonne Toms LRPS

I have lived in the beautiful village of Polperro in Cornwall for nearly 40yrs ( a photographers paradise) I am married to a Cornishman and have two grown up children, and one beautiful grand-daughter called Cora Rose and what a joy she is. 

I  have enjoyed using a camera for almost as long as I can remember, but only started shooting seiously when I retired 2 years ago and joined my local camera club. I have received a tremendous amount of help and encouragement from the members and made some lovely friendships too. I love taking photographs of absolutely eveything, I am trying to improve all the time.I work with a Nikon D200 and my favourite lense is the 18-200mm vr. I was  awarded a licentiateship to the Society(April the 1st, 2009) and am over the moon. Its a great feeling of achievement.
