Christopher Harland. ARPS.

The images currently displayed in my portfolio are the fifteen I submitted for my successful ARPS panel.

I am a self-employed graphic designer and photography plays an essential part in my work. In the course of designing and producing exhibition stands, graphics and websites I continuously look for arresting images to help produce effective design concepts.

Some favourite photographers: Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, William Eggleston, Andreas Gursky, Cartier Bresson,  Martin Parr.

The paintings of Ed Ruscha, Georgia O'Keefe, David Hockney, Bridget Riley, Piet Mondrian, Edward Hopper, Mark Rothko, Turner and most of the French Impressionists are a constant source of inspiration. I never tire of looking at them.
