Living in the Scottish Highlands almost inevitably turns you into a landscape photographer. Whilst I enjoy landscape I am happy to point a camera at anything which strikes me as being visually interesting and that can be anything from macro to landscape, colour or monochrome.

 Early on I was given some good advice and that was to ignore others and take the pictures I liked and accept it as a real bonus if others liked them too.
