Roger Webber LRPS

I am a part-time freelance photographer based in Essex, England. My photography is born out of an academic interest in the Earth and Environmental sciences and for me photography is where the science meets the art. My photography tends to lean in this direction and is reflected in the images I produce.

My main  interests are environmental processes and events. Of particular interest are landscape processes and the impact of environmental events, together with weather, weather phenomena, severe weather and storms. I am particularly interested in teh relationship between these and how they impact and influence the physical and human environment.

Althpugh I am a full time college lecturer I do not currently teach within my academic areas. My academic interests are therefore catered for largely through my photography.
