Dave Miller

While my income is derived from documentary film making, my personal passion is for stills photography, primarily portraiture. I think portrait photography has had a bad press over the last few years and when i was doing most photography portraits were all the fashion. However, there are very many excellent amateur photographers who take photos of people, all of which I would classify as a portrait, simply because it has a person in it. Perhaps its just down to personal definition, but I would like ot see portrait photography feature a lot more. If anyone feels the same way I do, perhaps we can get together to form a Portrait Special Interest Group within the RPS. Feel free to contact me via dave@pkpfilm.tv.
