Noel Bennett

I have always enjoyed my photography but it wasn’t until I joined

Stafford Photographic Society that my keen interest was set free. I have
used Photoshop for years, as a necessary part of my work (designer).
This helped support and inspired my interest further.

As my wife will testify, photography has become my passion and obsession!
I rarely go anywhere without a camera and I’m always on the look-out for
the perfect moment. My interests vary from architecture to abstract, nature
studies to portraiture, colour and monochrome, but I get the biggest thrill
from shooting landscapes.

This passion drives my thinking – I’m always visualising my next shot –
planning ahead. Dawn is my favourite time of day – it’s when I feel most
alive. I love to be out, rain or shine, to witness and capture the magic of
the countryside in all its glory. My intention is always to strive for an image
which will connect with its audience and to evoke emotion.
Photography helps to open my eyes and appreciate the world all around me.
