As a child it was painting and drawing that held a fascination for me, however, being a hands on practical person, it was the camera that became my passion.

Taking and passing a G.C.S.E. and 'A' level in photography taught me the fundamentals of the camera but it was joining The Southport Photographic Society in Southport, where I lived, that taught me how to SEE!!

I am now living in southern Spain and combining my love of painting and photography to produce an illustrative view of the people, places and lifestyle of this lovely country.
