Annual General Meeting and Members Day

10.30a.m. for 11.00a.m. start

Yes, it is that time again, your chance to have a say in the way the Region is run and to elect/re-elect your representatives.
Those presently elected are –
Regional Organiser and Advisory Board Representative: Joy Hancock, FRPS
Deputy Regional Organiser – Ann Miles, FRPS
Assistant Regional Organiser – David Sherwood, LRPS
Assistant Regional Organiser – Ian Wilson ARPS (co-opted to Committee Nov.2011)
Treasurer: John Thompson ARPS
Newsletter Editor: Rod Blakemore
Webmaster: Jim Duncan (stepping down at this meeting)
Projected Image Exhibition Organiser: John Speller (stepping down at this meeting)

With the exceptions shown, all are prepared to continue.

If you can help the Region in any way and in particular to fill the two vacancies please do get in touch. If you would like to nominate anyone for any of the above posts just send your nomination to The Regional Organiser at Woodview, 24 Hadley Road, Sheringham, Norfolk. NR26 8PZ.

The morning will be devoted to the AGM thereafter the day is over to you the members.  If you have gained a recent distinction please do come along and show your work.  If you would like any informal advice before attending an Advisory day just bring your work along.  Similarly if you would just like to show other members some of your photography this day is for you.  A chance to get to know other members, participate in an informal way in your Region or just to sit and chat come along and participate.

There is no charge for the day.  Tea/Coffee will be provided but please bring a packed lunch. Husbands/Wives/Partners/Friends all are welcome.
