ARPS 2011 William Yap
The Chapter is elated to share the successful submission of William Yap Wai Leong in Applied.
His documentary images of the people living along the villages that stretches along the rustic outbacks of Cambodia clearly depicts the traditions and identity of the Khmer descendants.
