The RPS Malaysia Chapter is elated that David Tay, FRPS, MFIAP, a Fellow of The Royal Photographic Society, will be exhibiting his moving images of an often overlooked part of society, the disadvantaged elderly people. 

A thinking photographer, this exhibition is a milestone for David, President of The Photographic Society of Singapore and Member of The Board Of The International Federation Of Photographic Art.

David's work will also be exhibited in Fenton House of The Royal Photographic Society, Bath, England next year.
