Covering by far the largest area of any of the regions, Scotland has turned event planning into an art form. It would be impossible to serve the members by having one regular venue for events so activities are toured throughout the region. It is not unusual for a lecture to visit six venues in six nights

Latest News:

A brief update on events in the Highland area...The weather meant the Forum meeting in Dingwall was called off  hopefully it gave the opportunity to photograph snowy landscapes - not something we have had much of in recent years. There was a request for the meeting to be rearranged, so the date that has been agreed is Sunday 8th February (weather permitting!). Arrangements are as before Sunday - 11.00am start at Dingwall CC, Eagle House, High St, Dingwall, £7, with lunch and coffee included. Let us know if you intend to come - we were able to let people know if it has to be called off if we know you intend coming. We can also collect submissions for the Scottish Members Print Exhibition on the day, and save postage.

Can I confirm a change to Lesley Simpson's email address  flemington2000-lds@yahoo.co.uk.

Dates for the Exhibition at the Floral Hall, Inverness are Monday 5th January to Friday 30th January.  Opening hours are 10 am to 4 p.m.  The coffee shop closes at 3.30 p.m. and part of the Exhibition will be displayed there so best to quote 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. for the Exhibition.
