The day will start with an in-depth classroom tutorial and then follow with a walking photographic tour through this stunning collection of urban buildings. With both interiors and exteriors, the challenges of lighting, weather, viewpoint, working with models and styling, you will learn how to execute memorable shots.

This workshop is about approaches to portraiture on location. There will be plenty of practical photography, going out into the old market town of Wirksworth in small groups with Paul Hill MBE, Nick Lockett MA and Maria Falconer FRPS
A great opportunity to access an amazing country house and gardens where you will explore composition, lighting, lens choices, artificial light and fill in flash - all to add mood/drama to your interiors, with guidance throughout.
As part of this workshop tutor Martine Hamilton Knight DLitt(hon) will be demonstrating Tilt/Shift lenses, brings this technical way of shooting to life. You will leave with a collection of colourful, memorable images and lots of new skills to take to your future shoots.
