T42 Competition

10 April 2014

Region: London

Today’s suggestion in Bleeding London comes from internationally renowned photographer Len Dance FRPS FIoD in the form of an exciting competition.

As part of Bleeding London, Len Dance FRPS FIoD has set a competition based on his famous Nat West tower image taken whilst Len was dangling in a bucket, some 700 ft above ground!

  • Take a photo on any street within an area defined by Wormwood Street, Bishopsgate, Threadneedle Street and Old Broad Street.  The image can be of any subject, but it must have Tower T42 in it somewhere (T42 was previously the NatWest Tower).
  • Submit high-res jpeg to london@rps.org, either by email, Dropbox or one of the other file-sharing packages.
  • Please entitle your image with your name and RPS distinction, if applicable.

Closing date:  Midnight, Sunday 1st June.

Len will be choosing and announcing the winners at Flashdance – tickets are free and bookable online.

Prize:  The Len Dance RPS ribbon and a voucher for a visit to The Shard – now the tallest building in London.
