The latest recruit to Bleeding London is Dan Hills.
“I graduated from The Norwich School of Art in 1996 with a B.A (Hons) in Printmaking.
I currently live in East London but my job sees me travel all around London.
After a period of time away from any creative activity I recently got back into working on various ideas and will soon be exhibiting in The Hundred Years Gallery in April 2014.
In regards to my photography I belong to a photography group and we have monthly competitions. My main aim is normally to capture images from a different perspective to the normal approach or to find an atmosphere in the image.
This may come from the light or using over exposure to get silhouettes.
I chose to join Bleeding London as I am keen to be involved in such a big project working alongside others to achieve it.
The main area I would look at covering would be the East and North East of London. I have no theme as such but hope to capture images that have an atmosphere about them in various ways.”
