Ivan and other Hoes
Today’s featured image is E17 Hoe Street by William Wong – our Instagram Winner in week 12. William explains that this used to be a funeral parlour, but is about to open as a vintage fashion shop.
Upload Deadline – The next deadlines can be downloaded from here. This week, we’ll be closing: SW5, NW6, KT6, SW4, SE2, WC2 as well as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, so if you have any pix from these areas, it’s time to upload them.
Bonus Points Inspired by Williams’s image, we’d like to get the other “Hoe” streets (Hoe Lane in EN1, Hoe Lane in EN3. Ivanhoe Close in UB8, Ivanhoe Drive in HA3, Ivanhoe Road in SE5, Ivanhoe Road in TW4, Ivinghoe Close in EN1, Totternhoe Close in HA3, Wivenhoe Court in TW3, Wivenhoe Road in IG11, Wyvenhoe Road in HA2 and Aynhoe Road in W14). Two points for each “Hoe” street from the above list (ten if they’re from the suburbs) and two points for any streets if they come from one of our postcodes of the week, which are: SW2, SE19, E5, NW11, HA2, IG6, UB3 and EN3. The previous “Hoe” uploads will receive retrospective bonus points.
Don’t forget to add the bonus point code (BPCC 101114) in the description box.
