Bleeding London – Phase II, Day 17

17 November 2014

Region: London

Roger Fenton

Today’s featured image is NW1 Prince Albert Road by Steve Reed, chosen because we just love it!  There are several Albert streets in the capital and we’re after one in particular today – Albert Terrace in NW1.  We’d like the picture that is going to represent this street to be the blue plaque dedicated to Roger Fenton – our founder, without whom, we wouldn’t be doing this amazing project.

Upload Deadline – The next deadlines can be downloaded from here.  This week, we’ll be closing: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SW3, NW8, W4, KT7 and DA8 so if you have any pix from these areas, it’s time to upload them.

Bonus Points Our postcodes this week are on the critical list and so each day this week, there will be ten bonus points for any new streets from these areas:  BR2, E4, N17 and NW9 (click here to access the downloads of the streets that need doing).

There are ten bonus points for the Roger Fenton blue plaque, ten bonus points for Fenton Close (BR7) and two bonus points for Fenton Close (E8 and SW9), Fenton Road (N17), Fenton St (E1) and Fentons Avenue (E13).

Don’t forget to add the bonus point code (BPCC 171114) to the description box.

The photograph is good because a workman is standing by the street name. This picture works.
