A Week in the Cairngorms?

14 October 2015

Region: London

As winter approaches, it’s time to think about heading for the Cairngorms.  Penny Dixie ARPS, heads there each year for some stunning photography.  You may remember that Penny wrote a guest blog for us last year, in which she not only shared her wonderful images, but showed us some of her slightly less than perfect shots to demonstrate some of the difficulties of winter wildlife photography.  Penny’s blogs are all on the website and are a good read for budding nature photographers – SparrowhawkMountain HareWinter Woodpecker

Through our friends at Cameraworld and Canon, we’re offering one lucky RPS member the chance to go and discover the joys of the Cairngorms for themselves.

If you buy one of a range of Canon items online before the 8th November and use our privileged prize draw code (RPSWILD) at the check-out, you could find yourself the lucky winner of a week in the Cairngorms with renowned wildlife photographer Neil McIntyre. Details of the prize are here and click here for speedy access to the RPS exclusive.

The prize will be drawn on the 8th November and the holiday with Neil (as well as professional guides from Wild Arena) will be from 29th November to 5th December… and it could be snowing!  Anything is possible in the Highlands of Scotland!

In the meantime, have a look at the information about the holiday and start dreaming!

NB:  Cameraworld has two places to give away as prizes – one is for the public and one is exclusive to RPS members.  The winner will be verified as a bona fide RPS member and in the event that the winner is not a member the draw will be re-done.
