SIG: Landscape

A new installation has just been completed in Nevada's Mojave desert that offers great potential to landscape photographers looking for something a little different.

The installation entitled "Seven Magic Mountains"  by Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone is made from local sandstone boulders stacked up to 35 feet high and took five years to create.  It will be on view for two years and can be found 10 miles south of Las Vegas on Interstate 15.  Could be a good holiday destination for members of the Landscape Group?

For further details and to see more photographs of the installation visit the work's dedicated website at http://sevenmagicmountains.com/
