A mouth-watering line up of 10 of the best nature and landscape photographers in the business has been announced for this year’s Scottish Nature Photography Festival, which returns to Perthshire on the 10th and 11th September 2016.
The opening day of Scotland’s premier nature photography event features an array of cutting edge images and inspirational stories from Chris Gomersall, Jamie Hall, Colin Prior, Richard Shucksmith, Neil Aldridge and Netherlands-based Theo Bosboom. Sunday’s speakers are Alex Hyde, Paul Hobson, Alex Mustard and Laurie Campbell with Chris Gomersall and Theo Bosboom speaking for a second time. The two-day festival will again be compered by renowned nature and conservation photographer, Peter Cairns, on behalf of the Wild Media Foundation.
Taking place at Scottish Natural Heritage's prestigious Battleby Centre just outside of Perth, the annual Scottish Nature Photography Festival features a fantastic variety of inspiring talks, stunning imagery, informative workshops and trade stands as well as the chance to meet and mingle with like-minded photography enthusiasts. State-of-the-art projection and sound, plus easy access, free parking and excellent catering, makes Battleby the perfect venue to enjoy the images and commentary from some of the best photographers at work today.
