"Sometimes 100, 150 people a day come here. Nearly too much for three people to handle." Tshanh and his friends have been serving up pork buns and dumplings for three years now from inside their small caravan. As with most vendors on 'food row’ it's hot, fast, work; you have to earn people’s custom and a good fritter goes a long way.
