One of the subject that has always fascinated me is the seafaring lifestyle of the Bajau tribe of Semporna in Sabah. These nomadic sea borne people spend almost their entire lives in the ocean; living on board traditional lepa boats or on ramshackle wooden stilt houses built over the water. Leading simple frugal lives with the spectacular natural beauty of the stunning coast line as their backdrop, their tenacity living in such harsh conditions certainly commands great respect.
