The building is just away from the main centre of the city of Bath, fifteen minutes walk from the railway station and the main tourist attractions. The Society has facilities that are available for hire which include:

A 48 seat lecture theatre with
• Overhead digital projection
• plasma screen
• sound system
• traditional slide projection facilities
• colour-balanced lighting
• picture hanging system;

A conference room seating 12 people.

These rooms can be combined or used as two separate areas and both rooms have wired and wireless internet access and telephone points.

A small area outside the rooms contains tea/coffee facilities. The rooms are fully accesible by lift. Buffet-style or hot-food catering can be arranged with local suppliers.
