The RPS has brought together the best in the business to give a series of lectures and portfolio reviews. The lectures are open to anyone with an interest in photography, while portfolio reviews are for students and photographers aged 35 and under.
The lectures will examine the relationship between personal work and commercial practice, through the eyes of some of the most progressive individuals in the field, including Chris Floyd, Rhea Thierstein, Olivia Gideon Thomson, Laura Pannack, Kate Peters and Toby Smith, who will discuss their own work, and how the marriage of creativity and commerce works for them.
Portfolio reviewers include Thom Atkinson, Angus Fraser, Anthony Holland Parkin from Getty Images, Clare Hewitt, Steve Ledger-Lomas, Ben Roberts, The Guardian’s Roger Tooth, and Zoe Whishaw.
The RPS is working in partnership with the University of the West of England and supported by The Photographic Angle, Pholio UK and Watershed.
